July 1, 2008 Boston BioCom announced that it has signed a sponsored research agreement with the Massachusetts General Hospital-based Wellman Center for Photomedicine, the leading research establishment for laser technology application in human medicine. The two organizations will work together to develop a robust and effective development program for the use of lasers to enhance vaccines, as vaccine adjuvants and as immunomodulators. Boston BioCom licensed this technology approach from Hormezis, LLC, in February of 2008.
